If we have a scheduled consultation with a bride during these hours we will contact you as soon as possible. Please also leave your email address if you will not be able to reached by phone for any reason.
We try to always respond to all inquiries the same business day they are received. We normally respond by e-mail. If you prefer a response by phone please indicate your preference in your correspondence to us. In certain busy seasons our responses may take up to two business days.
Shipping:
Orders are usually shipped within 3 to 4 business days of our receiving them. Some orders especially custom personalized items, require a bit longer, depending on the processes involved and stock availability. If your gift items are on backorder we will contact you as soon as we know, to allow for items to be changed to something that is not on backorder or arrange cancellation of backordered item if desired. Some orders ship same day or within 24 hours. Most orders are shipped UPS ground service. Be sure to add in the appropriate shipping time (3 to 5 days) depending on your location.
We ship your order only by reputable carriers such as :UPS,FEDEX,and the USPS.
Shipping and Handling(S&H)will be added to the total of your order . S&H is calculated based upon weight , destination and dollar value of your order.
At this time we do not make international shipments from our Gift Gallery or Sterling Silver Jewelry Gallery. Most Invitations and favors may be shipped internationally. Due to Department of Transportation and postal regulations, we do not ship matches outside the 48 contiguous United States.
All Charges are in U.S. dollars.
We do not deliver to Post Office boxes. Please provide us with a physical street address. We do not make C.O.D. deliveries.
For your security, it is advantageous to ship your order to a commercial address or where someone will be available to receive package when delivered. Carriers sometimes leave packages unattended if no one is home when delivery is attempted. These packages can be lost,or stolen. We are not responsible for the loss of your order by failed delivery. All of our shipments can be tracked from the manufacturer to the deliver address. For your ease of mind we suggest you use a commercial address, if you will not be available for delivery during normal working hours.
Payments:
We accept Master Card and Visa Credit Cards.
All payments are in U.S. dollars.
North Carolina Orders will be charged sales tax. This will be added to the total of your order. It will not be reflected on your initial check out from our invitation manufacturers.
Changes/Cancellations
Invitations and items in the Wedding Gallery: Your printed order begins processing automatically as soon as you submit it. If, after submitting your order, you realize you have submitted an error, please let us know immediately. Your order may be placed into production very quickly after you submit it. When an item has been placed into production the order cannot be changed or cancelled.
Please read and double check your order carefully before submitting. You are responsible for the copy you send to us. Check names, addresses and dates carefully.
If you would like to receive a proof for your invitation the cost is $10 and $8 for the other ensemble items , BEFORE you submit your order, email us at weddings@rebeccawellings.com . In the subject line put PROOF. Please tell which items you would like to order a proof of if not ordering proofs for all items. We will pull your order from the automated system and screen your order.You will receive a black and white proof by email usually within 2 days. It will be exactly as it is to be printed. Any changes may be made now before you approve the items. You are still responsible for correct spelling of names for people and places, correct addresses, dates and numbers. You will be asked to email us an approval of your proof before going to press. This is much less expensive than reprinting the entire order and gives you piece of mind. A proof is a way to double check that your order is accurate before going to press. Show the proof to your fiancé or family before approving to let them check on specific spelling of names. We want our brides to be happy and we do recommend ordering a proof to help insure this.
The previews are so helpful in letting you see what your names look like in certain fonts and colors on the invitation you are choosing. They help you figure out what you do like and do not like. If you are satisfied that all names are spelled correctly, grammar is correct and you have used proper etiquette you may not feel you need a proof for your invitation.
Returns:
We stand behind our products. We want you to be satisfied. You may return non-personalized items for refund, credit or replacement if you notify Rebecca Wellings and Company at service@rebeccawellings.com within 48 Hours of of receiving your order. Before returning any item, contact us and provide complete details about the item(s) you wish to return. You will be given a Return Authorization number. Items being returned must be in their original packaging and accompanied with the receipt or packing slip. We are sorry, personalized items where we have made no error, cannot be returned. All sales are final. If we make an error in manufacturing your personalized item, we will happily replace it with the same item. Errors in personalized items must be reported to Rebecca Wellings and Company at service@rebeccawellings.com within 48 Hours of receiving your order. We are not responsible for errors in your original copy or print instructions. Please do not return personalized items without contacting us first. For all sterling silver jewelry and gift items you should ship with a carrier that will insure your items for their cost against damage and or loss. You will be given the address where to ship items when you receive your R.A. number. If an error is made on our part with your sterling silver jewelry we will issue a postage paid return label.
Return Shipping charges are refundable only if we made an error in the original order. No allowances, refunds, credits, exchanges or other adjustments may be made for non-personalized items where we have not been notified of a defect in your order within 48 Hours of receipt of your order. Packing slip or receipt MUST accompany all returns , sorry no exceptions.
Guarantee:
We guarantee our personalized products to be free of manufacturing errors or defects. Should we make an error in your written instructions, we will replace your stationery, sterling silver jewelry, or embroidered gifts, free of charge , if notified within 48 Hours of receipt of your order. Non-personalized items may be returned for replacement or refund should you be dissatisfied with them for any reason. Simply get an R.A. number for non-personalized return item at service@rebeccawellings.com and return within five (5) days. Wedding items must be returned before the date of wedding.
